Shabbat Alarm uses location information to calculate accurate Shabbat and Yom Tov candle-lighting and havdalah times.

• Allowing the app to use your device's current location

If you enable Auto-Update Location, the app may access your device's precise location in the background, including while the app is not in use, in order to:

• Keep location-based times accurate when you travel
• Update scheduled alarms when your location changes
• Ensure reminders and siren alerts continue to match the relevant location

Location data is used only for these app features. We do not sell location data or use it for advertising or marketing.

3. Notifications and Alarms

Shabbat Alarm uses local notifications, alarm permissions, and device alarm features to provide reminder notifications and siren alerts related to candle-lighting times.

4. Local Storage

The app stores certain information locally on your device, including:

• Selected location
• App settings and preferences
• Scheduled alarm information
• Cached upcoming event data

5. Diagnostics and Error Reporting

To maintain and improve the app, Shabbat Alarm may send limited technical and diagnostic information to Sentry, our error and diagnostics provider.

• App state relevant to scheduling, alarms, and troubleshooting
